Rebate and tax-credit programs, dollar amounts, and eligibility change often and vary by home, income, equipment efficiency, and which utility serves you. The figures below are a general guide as of 2026— not a guaranteed payout. Always confirm current details with the program, or just call us at (817) 935-8540 and we'll help you sort out what you actually qualify for.

Local Utility Programs

Your electric or gas provider is usually the best place to find real, available-now HVAC money. Oncor pays its residential incentives through participating service providers (its Home Energy Efficiency program), so the exact amount depends on your equipment, its efficiency rating, and your provider. Oncor also runs an income-qualified weatherization program and solar incentives.

How We Help You Claim It

We can't approve a rebate — the utility, state, or IRS decides that — but we make qualifying and documenting as easy as possible.

Install the right equipment

We help you choose a system that meets the efficiency ratings a rebate actually requires, so you're not left just short of qualifying.

Provide the paperwork

AHRI certificates and the Manufacturer Certification Statement you need to file for a utility rebate or federal tax credit.

Point you to the program

We'll tell you which current programs fit your situation and utility, and flag the ones still worth waiting on.

Thinking about a high-efficiency upgrade?

Request an estimate and we'll size the right system and tell you which rebates and credits it could qualify for.
