Our Story
Family First Comfort is a family-owned and operated residential HVAC company serving Fort Worth and the surrounding Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The business is run by Chris Garcia and Valerie Heck-Garcia, and it's built around a simple philosophy: treat every customer's home the way we'd want our own family's home treated.
That means honest recommendations instead of high-pressure sales tactics, clear communication before we ever dispatch a technician, and a focus on education so you understand what's actually happening with your system, not just what needs to be paid for.

She co-owns Family First Comfort with her husband Chris, and is also a recognized voice in the HVACR industry on culture, customer care, and operations.
